The Biltmore Hotel

There are positives and negatives to this hotel. It definitely needs repairs, I had a window that needs to be fixed especially if it gets very windy. One light switch didn't work by the closet and you can hear through the walls very easily, my last night I couldn't sleep because it sounded like a person was prepping to sell drugs. On a positive note, the beds are comfortable and there are plenty of pillows. The female staff member was so nice and helpful. The hotel definitely needs a bit more cleaning. The bathroom was nice other than what looked like a burn mark on the tub. Also it is slightly awkward having 1 light (like a track light) above the bed. Lastly, I had loads of luggage and didn't have so many stairs but still enough that it can be tiresome. No elevator. Overall, not great, but not the worst.

When entering the hotel you need to ring a doorbell, basically means that the neighborhood around here is bad enough. When I was waiting for my parents in my car a creepy man was approaching my car, and stared at me and kept approaching my car. He immediately left after my parents went back to the car. The front desk had such a horrible attitude, and the furniture is old and gross. No elevator so we had to lift our 50 lb luggage up 4 floors. Can't curse enough about the gross attitude of the front desk. I don't know how people give it decent reviews. Even for 150 dollars per night, it's grossly overcharging. We changed hotels immediately and just gave up one night of fee. It's is so bad we moved to Doubletree.

It had charm. If your looking for something updated it is not for you. I enjoyed receiving actual keys to the room. It was clean and fairly quiet. It is odd to be buzzed it. The women at the desk was not the friendliest but the two gentlemen whom I meet later were genuinely nice. The only that bothered me was the smell of the carpet freshener. I stayed one night and I would recommend it for travelers. We were out most of the time being tourist.

Так что, если это важно для вас или у вас ограниченная подвижность, это не подходит. Это старый отель, украшенный сиротским «антиквариатом». Это выгодная сделка, если вам нравится отель с атмосферой.

Ничего хорошего не могу сказать об этом отеле. В комнате было холодно, и она не могла согреться, но тогда, когда вентиляционные отверстия будут у потолка, а высота потолков будет не менее 9 футов, это произойдет. Спал в моем пальто. В ванной комнате была плесень, сломанная мыльница возле душа. Выключатели света были грязными, переходная полоса от токена к ковру была ужасной, а ковер казался грязным, когда шел босиком. Тонкий слой пыли на искусственных цветах в камине. Нет места рядом с парком, если вы приедете ночью, и прогулка от парковки до отеля ночью станет приключением. Персонал собирался поместить меня на верхний этаж без лифта, а затем не предложил помочь донести багаж. Ночной парень выглядел так, словно только что вылез из-под чьего-то подвала. Никогда не оставайтесь здесь снова и никогда не рекомендую. Хотел бы я знать, как прикреплять фотографии
